Hafdis the so called voice from GusGus which was in fact Emiliana Torrini? Are you claiming that Emiliani Torrini sang the songs that actually were supposed to be sung by Hafdis Huld? So what did Hafdis contribute to GusGus. Where did you get your information? (I'm not challenging you, I jus...

I say far too easily that I hate people and things. I really get annoyed by stupid people, generally those who think they have all the answers and know what's cool but really just foloow along with everyone else although they think they are being original. Almost everyone in Orange County California...

She just played at Largo in LA on Saturday. I was already going to see the headliner, and they added her at the last moment so double bonus! She was great, I'd only seen her once before about 8 years ago. She played some new stuff, and her new album comes out in May, I think. She is awesome.

I'm sorry to hear that. I did a Google Images search for chris isaak shirtless, but no results. It tells me moderately safe search is on and, in this case, I think I'll keep it that way. Oh, bless your heart, although it wasn't the shirtless picture of Chris Isaak I was really hoping for (although,...

Not that I have anything different than you guys have, but it will save us having to reupload everytime someon...

Smash Hits has just folded -- it was on the news last week. I think I was still reading it in 1991 and I don't remember Stina being in there. Perhaps I wasn't paying attention. I wouldn't have been so drawn to Chris Isaak, with or without his shirt on. And wasn't it called Star Hits in America? Yes...

**Noiser** Thank you so very much! Thanks everybody for everything. there's so much love on this site I feel like I'm going to burst. **Sound World** I will wait patiently until Kuhn responds about hosting the live recordings. I'm not that familiar with FTP sites (as in how to host them or set them ...

As a young horny teen just discovering his sexuality, ANYTHING without his shirt on would have drawn my attention! As for Saint Etienne, I have EVERYTHING they own (no lie!) including all fanclub releases, promos, compilations. they are probably my fave band (but certainly not my fave forum). Their ...

I reread all of the Harry Potter before Christmas so that I would be caught up before seeing the last film (which was far superior to any of the others!) Also read the "Secret Life of Lobsters" which was fascinating, "Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime" which I thought ...

Sound World, you wrote that your favorite non-album track is Common Miracle. Haven't heard of this before... is it the same as "The Miracle"? And does anyone have the Mew collaboration? Would love to hear it if anyone would be kind enough to upload it.

I read about her (no lie) in a music magazine in 1990 or 1991. I wanna say it was smash hits, but I don;t know if it was still around at that time. Anyway, there was blurb (with picture) underneath a picture of Chris Isaak with his shirt off (which is why I was looking at that page in the first plac...
