It must be an American who wrote it, because I think I might say something similiar :) I can't listen to "Melt The Snow" (that's the harpsichord one right?) without chuckling and picturing a stereotypical version of Rob sipping tea in his garden ...

I don't mean to imply that Stina records her albums without any planning or thinking, but it does seems like she does all the work for producing/making an album, and then completely moves on, almost as if the work went in one ear and out the other. It's no surprise how shocked can be when she hears ...

So, we all know how private Stina's personal life is, and how she gives little press, interviews, and never plays live. She has given the impression of being unattached in her interviews, mentioning how she has completely forgotten songs she has recorded or written in the past. And let's not forget ...

I have a copy of the compilation if anyone wants to hear the stina track....

Eternal Sunshine is great. I love "The Science of Sleep" even though it was a bit consciously "arty." I actually saw it with my parents, who hated it so much they wanted their money back

Hey everyone! Thanks so much for remembering. I was actually in Germany for my birthday this year. I went to Berlin, Cologne, and the Black Forest area visiting family and sight-seeing. Such a wonderful time! The cathedral in Cologne overwhelmed me.
