Six years on and seekyoudanger.com is still there.

It must be the longest 'goodbye' ever?

They're clearly still seeking the danger. Looks like paint drying to me though.

then a new website dedicated to a new album ?
I believe in your smile everyday
But I know that you're far from my way
When I talk to the moon I can hear you
In the dark I can see, I can feel your light

Don't bet on it, Alex.

Expectations aroused by forum members- 100%
Expectations fulfilled by CQD/Stina management/associates etc - c. 0.05%

Actually in early 2012 it will be ten years old, won't it? Maybe the meter runs out.....and CQD will be no more. Happy days...

Expiration date 11th February 2012. :(

If Stina could slip out an album between now and then, maybe that might motivate the team to open up CQD Towers once more to the world. :)

Veronique, would you be willing to transfer the domainname to me? I can't think of a more suitable place for our messageboard?

Also if CQD is going to be shut down, Vero, could you make available all the old posts and threads to us loyal forumers? There are loads of things archived there which I would love to reread.

I guess all the Stina material which Vero diligently collected is subject to various rights and restrictions, but I would love to revisit all our old gossip.

Well, in just over a weeks time it will have been seven years since the much loved CQD forum imploded and now we're only three days away before the registration of the main SeekYouDanger site expires.

Is this really the end of http://www.seekyoudanger.com ?

......and can anyone really remember their bloody login details?

Actually, I have remembered and have logged in and been browsing through the final threads. Weren't we a passionate bunch in our younger days? Sad though to remember all the members who never really quite made it over to here. Where are they now? And where is DETE? 8)

Well, I can. I just went and had a look...and I was not alone. There was one 'Guest' and one 'Anonymous member' as well as me. Felt a bit crowded.
I bet one of them was RobB, who can't remember his password and so went signed up as a guest.

Yeah, it was me. I had re-edited my last post to confirm that but you had probably already read it before I had the chnace to change it. But I did sign in properly so I'm surprised that my name didn't show up? Maybe signed in members are all 'guests' now?

I've just had another look at the forum and there are two of us on there. I can see your name but I'm down as an 'anonymous member', even though I'm signed in !!!

Ok, got that sorted, just been to my profile and realised that i needed to make my log-in visible. :I

Here's a useful link I found on the CQD forum that was posted by rain 19c (Michael):

Yes using the Wayback Machine you can hack about in there and get to some of our old conversations, but there's whole swathes of missing bits, alas.
Anyone know Vero's email?

If you click on the 'members' tab, Vero can be found on page two (she won't like that very much  ) and you can email her from her profile page.

Stand by your beds, rest easy, the CQD site has won a reprieve and has had its registration extended by another year. 8)
