Re: Signs of middle age
Well having read the list, I've been doing some of those since I was a teenager.
I stopped listening to Radio 1 in 1993, the year it became New Lad FM. Never been one for Radio 2, I've listened to Radio 3 + 4 since I was young.
Always been one for misplacing things, I've been regularly driving myself insane with lost keys, purses etc forever. Not a gardener, then or now. I do feed the birds, but not obsessively.
The ones that resonate with me are groaning every time you bend down, talking about ailments, and people in authority jobs seeming astonishingly young.
To some extent I think I was born middle-aged. I even had a streak of silver in my hair at birth. (sign of an old soul, according to the superstitious types)
