The strange thing is that I'd wanted Frankincense all this year, because I'd read that it can help people with asthma. But the person who gave me it had no idea I wanted it, she just got sent some from her family in Saudi and thought it would make a good Christmas present for me.
And I can confirm that it really does help with the asthma - I've burned it in my room the past three nights and I haven't woken up having to use my inhaler, as I usually do.
