Perhaps with the release of "Parliament Square" as a single, "The World Is Saved" album campaign is over ?

The major domestic internet shops are selling the album for half the price or less now. [l)]

I think that the promotion for the album indeed might be over. But I think it will mostly depend on how profitable these singles were. GOWYL did quite well on the charts in Sweden but PS did nothing.
I guess that the promotion for the album will be over as soon as Stina has earned enough money to finance the recordings for this last album, has earned enough money to finance a new recording and has bit money left to make living from. What else could Stina want?
