...and now you know I'm going to ask if you could translate the other Stina songs on the album ...pretty please? One of them is the song Stina wrote for the late Monika Zetterlund (Ensam pa havet), which is beautiful, musically and lyrically. There is a translation for that, but the others...

'Sculpting In Time' is a fabulous book, isn't it? I recently watched both 'Stalker' and 'Andrei Rublev' again...stunning film-making. Do you know the films of Sergei Paradjanov? (a great pal of Andrei's) - as an artist you will find them extraordinary, they are visual poems.

I'm still waiting to see a translation - or even a Swedish copy! - of the lyrics to the two songs Stina gave Freddie for his last album (Här Slutar Kartan and Allt Har Varit Möjligt Länge Nog Nu, from Den Mörka Blomman).

And I don't know about anyone else outside Sweden but I'm finding it very difficult to find a copy/download of the latest Freddie Wadling, even though it's been out for a month. Its not available on Spotify UK, for instance, except the single.

Re: the transcription, the irony here is that since Stina revealed years ago that English is her chosen language for writing songs, she probably wrote this song in English and then translated it into Swedish for Freddie.

A recent television interview with Freddie.

All in Swedish naturally but 'Stina Nordenstam' is name checked at 4:03 and again at 5:03,following which a photo of Stina appears on the television screen in the background.

Not sure if anything of interest was revealed though.
