A so called journalist who has one of the most known Brazilian sites stole some pictures I scanned, but the thing that really annoyed me was that she took all the news from my site without citing the source and that was my own work, not the scanned pictures.

In some cases it would be polite to credit the scanner, but a person who scanned a photo he/she doesn't really own the copyright for can't demand anything - but may of course ask to be credited.

Well, so I guess you contacted the photographer before putting the photos on your site to know if he agreed.

a) could you edit the awful title of the thread ?
b) the black and white and red of your website is perfectly fine to me.
c) I suggest you to close your forum and link this one instead on your website.

for Alex : could it be possible to have an original layout like previously when it was on paul's site ? it lacks personnality these days. Of course it's not that important, but the default style is getting boring as we can see it so many times on the net...
oh, there's also an emoticon's problem : the 'shy' and 'cool' ones have the same characters when you click on them...

@coringaistra: thanks, i wanted the design/layout of the website to reflect stina's music... glad u noticed it. I wont be making any changes to it for the time being... but expect a flash version in the near future
