Just 'bumping' this thread as its quite an interesting one,even though the initial 'Stina at piano' photo appears to have been lost.
I'll have a search though to see if I can find it somewhere on the net.

One thing I discovered was that the 'piano' picture is not the picture of Stina that's inside the compilation 'Sisters of Garbo' which was rumoured to have a pic of Stina at the piano.
The pic of Stina there is different and unique-and no,she ain't playing the piano.
Pictures of Stina on the net are disappearing fast,at the same rate as she becomes more and more invisible. I haven't seen a 'new' pic of Stina for about four years.

There's a new (to me at least) photo of Stina thats been added to her (unofficial) My Space site thats well worth a look.

I can't see a new one.Do you mean the one with a belted coat,taken at waist level? That's been the masthead photo for the French V2 site for about four years...

It might just be an existing photo thats been cropped but if so,I don't recognise it in this presentation.

So I think you mean the one in the 'Pics',rather than the background to the opening page? in which case that's a still from the 'Dynamite' video.Aha!
I made some screenshots myself from that video,that's definitely where it's from.
In fact taking a load of screenshots of Stina's videos is one way to get some 'new' pics of her.

I've seen the 'Dynamite' video a few times but not recently so I'm afraid I didn't recognise it.
Pity it wasn't a genuine 'promo piccie',it would have made a good one.

Just a heads-up to Dave and Rob and any other Stina fans in the UK in case they haven't seen it yet, I was browsing the new issue of Q magazine a couple of days ago because it has a 70-page special feature on women musicians who have inspired other woman musicians - it includes a really lovely tribute to Stina by Martine Topley-Bird, along with a pic of a very young Stina I'd never seen before. No disguise, no wig, just a very pretty, fresh-faced young lady starting out on her career. Such an unexpected thing to see in the feature, given how little-known Stina seems to be, still.

Incidentally, Rob, Martina has excellent taste. Her favourite Stina album is MOAC.
