In my opinion, the reason some of you pc-user guys can't see Dynamite etc. and only hear it, is because you probably don't have the right video codec installed to see it.

The Dynamite video needs the XVID Codec installed for you to view it (Google it for more info; XVID +codec +download).

I myself can watch them all (as I have most current video/audio codecs installed) but cannot convert the Dynamite avi to PAL VCD like I usually do to other Stina stuff (I like watching Stina on my standalone dvd/tv set). I need a specific XVID decompressor to do such a thing, which I haven't got around to doing yet.

was Circus not on the dvd?

Stina appears in 'Debbie','So this is goodbye','ASCHE' and it looks like her in 'Another story girl' from the small extract on the EPK.The other three are clearly mimed performance videos made specially (in Stina's apartment) for the EPK.

'Circus' was left off the DVD.When we did a Q and A with Stina at CQD,someone asked her why...her answer was to laugh.
Personally i think that video is very unflattering to her visually!

Damn...I downloaded the XVID codec thing and still only get audio .
Did you re-download the Dynamite video ?

Ok, there is no need to re-download the Dynamite video once fully downloaded. Presuming you rebooted your pc after installing the XVID codec, and tried it with still no luck, I would personally suggest you install the following codec bundles. It will take a few minutes on broadband to download them all then install them, but its worth it to play all videos on your pc for the forseeable future;

1. Go to http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Codec.htm and click on download. Once downloaded, install it.

2. Go to http://www.free-codecs.com/download/DivX_Total_Pack.htm and click on download. Once downloaded, install it.

3. Go to http://www.free-codecs.com/download/The_Codecs.htm and click on download. Once downloaded, install it.

4. Now restart your computer. You should now be able to play virtually all avi video files in existence on your pc, including Dynamite. You can play about with the DivX settings for each installed codec bundle if you like, or if a DivX logo appears in the bottom right of your screen you can turn it off.

hi back for 2 days from the hospital but have to go back on Monday for 10 days

I will convert the "This is" DVD to multiple music videos next week.
So I need to know what people wish : avi (using divx or divx codec) or mpeg files.
Then expected size (I guess a 40-60Mb for an .avi and 100Mb for meg are ok for nice quality).

nice alex! glad you're back for now I hope the next stay will seem shorter and go well. I think avi in divx would be nice quality rigt?

so i converted the whole dvd to an hi quality xvid file, which is 1.6Gb.
i have no time to split it for now so next week when i'm back from hospital i'll do this so expect them next saturday
