I refuse to get my hopes up, but entertain the thought. I feel the excitement brewing already...Damn. Too late to stop the hope.

I was thinking about how many artists I'm loyal to, i.e. will buy whatever they put out and like it, no matter what, and it comes down to 2: Stina and Cat Power. It's not even an obsession thing! Tori and Bjork have let me down. Juliana Hatfield? I dislike almost an entire album. There's not one Stina cd that I'd ever consider selling back. Hooray.

Can't wait for the next record.

At least Bjork has alienated some of her old house-music fans by becoming extremely experimental, as opposed to Tori, who simply made a crap album.

Speaking of dance music*, anyone remember the Stevie Be-Zet remix of Little Star that was released in 1994? Someone I knew had it and wouldn't sell it to me. Bastardo! Anyway, I'm looking for it again so if ye all know where I can buy/download it then purdy please let me know. You're too kind!

Not officially I'm afraid, but I could rip it and send you a personal message (sorry, we can't post anything on the forum itself anymore).

I asked Helen when the new album is due to be released. And I also asked what we can expect from it musically.

I've just heard from Helen at V2 that Stina is definitely releasing the new album this year-but as yet no title or known date-and that the NEW website is close to being ready.......

Thanks for the encouraging news Dave, a positive news item for the start of 2007.

If Stina fancies an album title not named after any given song,perhaps if Stina could give us some indication as to any theme the album may have, we could come up with ideas?
