Yes, like most shops we're only allowed to open six hours on a Sunday. I do the shift on my own though, nobody to talk to apart from the odd customer and the security guards, if they're bored too.

I haven't worked in a shop for years-unless you count my own stall at Festivals hawking my wares, not quite the same.
But I did work in an (independent!) record shop in Leeds for a while in my twenties, and was often there on my own.
No chance of boredom-I had about 5000 LPs to listen to. Hey, a bit like the tabby in my avatar over on the left there...
A great way to discover artists/check them out.

yes....i've been working on the till in the arthritis research shop since last March.....i do about 16 to 20 hours a week on average

On my screen the avatars are on the right when I first browse the board, then they switch to the left when I sign in.
