We did too!! We watched Haute Tension, my god, that was scary!! I then had to soften the blow with The Langoliers, which is more a comedy than a horror thanks to some horrific scripting!!

Halloween is not part of the french culture so it's more a commercial stuff here.

Later on my son went trick-or-treating dressed in a rubber mask and an old wig I bought for a 70s party once.He looked just like someone from a heavy metal band

I watched A Beautiful Mind and then The Goonies because my friend and i had too much homework to do and we couldn't go out to rent anything.

however, the weekend before we did watch a TV special called Scariest Horror Movie Moments so i guess that kind of counts. At least I don't have to sit through then entirety of about 40 horror movies now that i know the scariest parts


also, i don't recommend watching Wolf Creek

Mine was spent in the traditional way - waiting at my front door wearing a 'Scream' mask, leaping out at the little darlings with a ferocious howl and robbing their sweets.
