It was a really weird dream, It was odd because I hadn't thought about Stina that day. I always seem to dream about things that I wasn't thinking about earlier.

I shall re-encounter the dream to you as best as I remember <if it sounds disorientated, well that's because it's a dream>:

I was sitting on the sofa with the remote control in my hand and I flicked the channel over to MTV. The announcer said "and now... Stina Fernandez!". Stina walked on TV onto a concert stage at night, looking exactly what she looked like in the inlay of "MOAC"; short straight black hair, fragile, dark lipstick. I knew it was the Stina, as she entered with Chinese guy wearing glasses beside her.

She sang one song in her trademark beautiful fragile childish voice before, I didn't recognise the song and I couldn't understand the song as it was in Swedish.

There was a massive crowd. After she stopped singing, she spoke to the crowd in Swedish. The crowd starts to laugh and sneeze.

She walks off, I'm suddenly in the crowd now and I'm wondering if she got a little too shy and embarassed after the crowd's humiliation but instead she is actually leading the crowd, some bodyguards and a cameraman to another location. We followed. She leads us to a large house with four windows and a door, with light brown bricks and it's night time and the house is litten by the lamppost outside of it.

She stops and points at the house which has a banner on it rolled up and then she pulls a string, it unrolls and there is a message on it but it was blurry that I couldn't make it out clearly.

She looks back at the crowd and smiles like it has revealed something. She continues to sing another song which contains the new album's title, a title track, it's only one word and then suddenly the gig ends.

The next think I remember is being a home looking at the Scandinavian journal "It's a Trap" seeing the headline "Stina does special gig for MTV".

I then go to YouTube in which I see a video titled "Stina rare unseen". I got excited and clicked to watch the video.

The clip shows her in her living room talking in Swedish but then I noticed that she is slightly tanned and then I come to the conclusion that it's not Stina but an impostor.

End Dream. I wake up.

All of this is true and I had this dream a week ago whilst on holiday in Edinburgh. Any dream experts?

I must start a dream diary as they seem to be weird twisted plots that I could recommend to David Lynch.

By the way, when you woke up, have you checked internet to see if it was real or not?

When I woke up, I had a split second of dissapointment that it wasn't real and then the next moment I thought to myself how stupid, ofcourse it was a dream.

I did check on the internet afterwards just to be sure and to my surprise...................there was nothing, zero, cero, at all about her performing on MTV recently.

If only there was a dream machine that could make things come true.

The reason why I could remember it all was because as soon as I work up, I got a pen and paper and wrote it down. It's about 10 minutes after a dream that i forget it all, so I had to scribble it down fast.

Wow, I was amazed to read your post. About a week ago, I had a vivid dream about Stina myself. I'd rather not recount it here, but it was very personal, memorable and haunting. Stina is definitely part of my psyche...I adore her, and would give anything to meet her. I guess that will never happen though. But anyway, thanks for your interesting post.

Still I bet there will be plenty of people who are jealous that you got to see Stina play live (all be it a short set) even if it was in a dream, me included.

The other night i dreamt i was at an Anja Garbarek concert and she fell asleep on the floor in the middle of a song.

It's nice to meet you Scandiluvur and I'm glad you like you share the same addiction that I have to Stina.

Yep the only chance I was ever goint to see Stina live was in a dream typical.

The dream did actually feel like very dark pessimistic but with a slight tunnel of hopeness like it was composed and produced by Stina herself especially at the end in which she took us to the outside of a house which looked similar to the cover of "TWIS". Haha my dream was made by Stina Nordenstam. It could be a promonition gerry or a new form of advertising which gets even closer to you through your sleep. I study advertising so maybe I can use that technique

Since that night in Edinburgh, I have now kept a dream diary so that I can recall my dreams truthfully. It's insane I know. I mean who else would you know that keeps one and would admit to it.

I had another last night but I am really annoyed that i didn't write it down because now I have completely forgotten it.

Aermancer, you're dream about Anja Garbarek could be realistic, I have seen her live shows and she does crazier things than that! Can you remember at all what song she sang?

I kept a dream diary for years! I was working in Theatre at the time and had plenty of interesting material for dreaming. It's really worthwhile,otherwise you do forget them.Whether they mean anything is neither here nor there so far as I'm concerned; they're a very rich source of imagery aside from any 'meaning'.

Hey great! I'm not alone then. Yeah I agree with you. I almost look forward to dreams now so that I have an interesting story that I can write down. Some famous directors get influenced by the dreams when making films because like you said it creates nice imagery. Thus they could probably help with my advert assignments.

I seems to be having them alot more frequently since I haven't been at Uni.
