Even though it's only in the UK, happy Mother's Day ladies.

I'm working today as usual (boo), but then going out for a meal with Kate and Ric and Rocco. And the woman I like to call The Other Grandmother (hiss), but I'll try to be on my best behaviour.

Well I had a lovely meal with the family, despite the presence of She Who Must Not Be Named. I managed not to deck her when she leaned over and pointed out that I still had my name badge on from work, as if I'd committed some unforgivable faux pas.

My daughter nearly let her have it though when she made a comment about Rocco squealing, as if he too had committed some unforgivable faux pas.

Silly person. Too much money that she's never had to work for, too many people kow-towing to her every whim.
