These last few days i've been enjoying the debut album by Agnes Obel, a Danish artist living and recording in Germany.
The album, Philharmonics, primarily features self-composed songs and instrumentals, with Agnes's piano/keyboard playing the focal point, adorned occasionally with light percussion and cello.
Here's just one of the many lovely tracks on this quiet, reflective album:

Saw this on somebody's facebook today and listened to it again. quite nice; and quite popular apparently.

To be honest I find it rather bland and uninteresting, too muted for it's own good...
I dreamed of 747's, over geometric farms...
