The CQD book

CQD is soon gone, but the CQD book remains a textual and visual linkage to the past. And perhaps to the present situation and/or future as well.
Post comments, material left out or anything else related to the book.

I have yet to receive my signed copy, but it was mailed a couple of days prior to CQD hitting the iceberg.
Does everyone have the same comment or signature?
(".... you don't really know me" or something)

Dear Fellow members,
I'd like your attention please and your help if that's possible...
Since i haven't ordered the CQD book yet, i mailed V. the day we all saw the announcement for the closing of CQD.com if i can still send her money and order the book...She hasn't replied yet, so since i'm a bit afraid that she won't answer till the day that the site will finally close down (or in the worst case, not to answer at all), can somebody PLEASE who owns a Paypal account order the book for me and send him/her the money through money transfer or registered mail?
Can someone help please?
