A new holding page has recently appeared on Stina's official website,stinanordenstam.se,complete with her surname being spelled incorrectly! The registration of the website can be traced directly to the area of Stockholm normally associated with Stina so at least we know the holding page is official.
Various social media platforms such has You Tube,Instagram, Tik Tok etc have also been updated or created. Something appears to be happening but whether its a re-release or new material its still too early to say. None of this recent activity though is coming from the record companies who own Stina's first five albums, so if it is a re-release then it will most likely be for The World Is Saved,which is the one album Stina owns outright.
So maybe a deluxe edition of The World Is Saved is on its way,incorporating the tracks that Stina recorded with David Osterberg for its follow up, but have so far remained unreleased. The 22nd anniversary of the release of The World Is Saved is just weeks away now but that might just be a coincidence.
Hopefully this isn't all a storm in a teacup and that something exciting will happen soon.
