Kuhn told me to inform you that in the last days he hasn't been able to access the forum and today still he can't.
If someone may know where the problem could come from, I'll tell him.

I don't know what's happening... He hasn't been banned or something! Alex, do you know what's going on?

Finally, I can view the forum again.

Good to see you back here again... although in the meantime there hasn't happened that much. It's been very dead here lately.

I sometimes wonder if we shouldn't give up the forum and start an oldfashioned mailinglist. That would be far more effective if we have so little actively posting members.

I agree - the forum is not what it used to be at all.

I miss the old CQD community.

But I think lots of people were put off by what transpired at CQD.When it came to the crunch all our discussions and opinions and jokes amounted to a hill of beans in the eyes of that forum.Several of us made over 2000 posts there-where are they now?-let alone all those at the Barbieboard. Equally many of the people who made CQD what it is have probably had enough of mysteries and lack of information and being undervalued and so aren't posting here.

Holiday time doesn't help much...

I'm sure there's people that enjoy this forum -like me - so there's always a use for it; and i'm sure some people really miss the old forum. I hope some of that will come here eventually too but i'm sure it'll get it's own 'feel'..
but it's indeed holiday season too, so it'll be busier this fall for sure!

I do enjoy it. read every post. but din't have much to tell at the moment just busy with work i guess (no holiday here... yet )

i'm just in a bit of an after vacation vacuum that's not very inspiring and somehow tiring. I'm sure when we're all back to daily business that we'll have more to tell. And don't forget the coming of Anna T. in another thread i mentioned, that's gonna give me enough to talk about
