Anyone familiar with Piana's new album "Ephemeral" ?
I'm hearing a lot of good things about this album and the 4 extracts that can be heard on the following link sound intriguing:

nope,it is Piana as in Japan's Naoka Sasaki,and I have a nasty feeling that if you tried playing her,you'll in most likelyhood end of with a smack around the earhole from Mrs.Soundworld.

A nice, ethereal album. Sort of Cocteau Twins-ish. I think you'd like it Rob!

Funnily enough I recently bought an album released about 11 years ago called "Orange" by a band called Orange,who I think were a US group fronted by a NZ vocalist Sonya Waters,and their sound was extremely Cocteau Twin-ish.
anyway,Piana is definately on my wish-list for 2006.

rob i listened to early in summer, then bought the album exactly 17 seconds later. it's wild. thanks for a tip on some music i wouldve never ever found.

Anyone know Tape? They are Swedish group and one of the members participated in The World Is Saved (Johan). Piana has friendship to them she said in her diary. She might meet Stina
