Today is Friday the 13th !!

Did anything unpleasant happen to you today?

With just under 5 hours to go, I think i'm going to make it through today intact.

I burnt the cheese sauce but apart from the fact its been raining all day....its been a purrrrty good day...just listening to Kings of Convenience....fuck theyre good

Dunno about the US, but here in Ireland,the moon at this time of the year is known as the wolf moon

lol. it was full that night, but i couldn't see it. My friend texted me and told me to howl, so i howled.

reasons why the night was so great:
-I saw a live cover band, even if some of it was crap.
-I danced. like whoa.
-I had a great conversation, smoke and walk with a guy I hadn't seen in a while and was reminded that I am capable of love.
-I was told by the best friends in the world how much i was worth to them and why.
-My ego was mended.
-I explained to my friend that her being bi has nothing to do with me thinking of her any differently. She'd been afraid that since I've changed, it was because of a religious thing and I'd be offended, even tho i've known for a while. But i love her just the same as i alway have, if not more.
-I was reminded of the power of being a woman. God, i love it.

if i ever had any insecurities, they were all cured that night.

everyone should have nights like this.
Just had to share, sorry to ramble, i'm very tired.

I think maybe Friday 13th can have a delayed effect - last night one of the bedposts on our bed suddenly plunged right through the floor.

Nearly gave me a heart attack, I thought us and the bed were going to end up downstairs in the living room.

There are times to find out you have a dodgy floorboard in your bedroom. This was not one of them.
