I'm sorry Alex,but if you want to be rude about other peoples' music,two things might help.

1) To be sure you know what you're talking about before you venture into criticism.Other than being a listener,do you have any constructive analytical basis for your comments? If you're not sure of the premise for your dislike,you'd better be sure that it's not just unfamiliarity,as in hating someone because they are foreign.
John Cage did an incalculable amount towards freeing up conceptions of sound in this century.You should read his book 'Silence' before you make a knee-jerk blanket criticism of his work.Also a great deal of John Cage's music is not at all like this example.You might care to look at the title of the music.How would you convey the atmosphere of 'holocaust' given a solo piano in the year 1942?

2) To be sure your own music,if there is any,is beyond similar criticism.

As someone who has a huge amount of respect for the late John Cage and his life and work,I would really appreciate it if you removed your comments and let people make their own minds up,or just remove the whole post.

Sound World,all I heard about John Cage and contemporary music makes me sick, I mean really, it's a physical thing ! Only few seconds give me a real headache and then stomach pain. Why ? I don't know... Maybe my mind is allergic to those sounds ????
My vomit comment is understood now I hope

You didn't say exactly how to directly upload a video,Alex.

Easy, at the youtube page there's the URL at the right and under it an "Embed" link. So copy this embed link here and the video is added to our beloved message board.
