Has anyone else seen this? I was really impressed with it, stunning and gritty with a really good message...

I saw it and liked the idea behind the movie.
In a similar way, I read in a science review that the Y chromosom is weaker and weaker and in thousand years maybe humans would not be able to reproduce.

It was such a brutal representation of a very realistic future and i liked how it was filmed, almost like news footage. Clive Owen was very good, I also enjoyed Sin City with him in. Julianne Moore was also good too, but then she normally always is!!

the last 30 minutes of this film is simplybaghdad.... EVERY DAY, now.
needless to say, a very good (although not perfect) film.

I watched something about the making of this film, it looked good but I was rather put off by the fact that it's based on a Ruth Rendell story? I never could get into her stuff.
Clive Owen is gorgeous though, so I'll probably rent it.

the original book is by p.d. james. significant changes were made to the plot however, so both stories are worth reading.

Ah right, P.D. James. Never could get into her stuff either.
I'm sure I'll rent this one at some point.
