Inspired by what Dave Soundworld said in the 'Finally bagged it' thread, I thought i'd start a thread bemoaning the lack of photographs and film of Stina performing or recording.
There are a couple of promos of Stina playing guitar in the ASCHE EPK (13 years ago) and there is the photo of Stina playing piano (which dave was referring to) but I can't think off hand of any other example of a photograph of Stina playing a muiscal instrument,either on stage or in the recording studio. Actually,I can't recall ever seeing a single photograph taken at any recording session involving Stina.
I suppose thats because Stina doesn't wear her disguise when working in the studio but its still a shame that these wonderful albums are not being visually documented.
there's also a picture of when she's working with David Sylvian for the Nine Horses album; but I believe you only see her hand writing lyrics on that one
It's odd that the increased prominence of Emma has coincided with the alsmost total disappearance of Stina....
And no,no idea where the gal on the left sprang from.I think I found it doing a Google pic search ages ago,but you can't find it now.It was a tiny file,about 10 kb
.......I can't say i've ever seen photographic evidence of the sisters together.
