Nope, don't think so yet. Red ordered a copy for Fog.

I'm still interested in purchasing the book, but even if it said it was in stock I probably wouldn't even try because who knows if they'd even send it. It was only available for, what, 4-5 months -- not enough $ and not enough time. It's too bad.

hmm, weren't there like only 50 copies sold; long wait for that to get on ebay, if at all.... but maybe someone could get a hold of it for you, so you have to be patient i guess.

I think 100 were pressed.

Go to the CQD store and try to contact V. She's the only one that knows for sure.
