Are you drinking enough water?

Take the Hydration Calculator test to find out.

I used to follow the recommendation to drink at least a litre of water a day. Until my doctor told me that people are drinking so much water nowadays, they're washing away vital minerals in the kidneys, which has led to an increase in bladder infections/stones.

Too much water can also cause tiredness and headaches, apparently, something we all complain about constantly these days. The body doesn't need huge amounts of water every day to stay healthily hydrated, and too much is just as bad for it as too little.

I reckon the bottled water companies are behind these 'recommendations'.

i loathe how people shit on bottled water companies, it does seem dumb to pay for what you can already get on tap, but it's definitely the better alternative to soda or whatever else is readily available in vending machines.

It's even funnier after Coca-Cola nicked the idea for 'Dansani', or whatever it was.
