The CQD book

And the book is so expensive too! X 2 = a lot of money!

I just received a signed copy.

It's #17 - and it includes the signature "*star* Stina Nordenstam".

I also own an un-sign copy (#46) - I don't really need it now. I know some people her are looking for to get the copy, but I feel it would be wrong to favour one person right now - at least until we know for sure that the book IS out of stock.

How many books were made? First (October 2004) it was to be 200, then the number decreased to 100. And now, how many books were REALLY pressed? 50????

Kuhn (thanks for the old Pm by the way, sorry i didn'twrite back...you're an angel!!!),
2 books are definitely a LOT of money and this is the second time i pay for something i don't get at the CQD store...
I only hope that V or Admin will wake up and do something because a hole of 100 euros in my bank account is quite close to bankrupt to me!

I believe in the end that 100 copies were printed,of which 25 were signed.

The book is expensive but next year it will be even more expensive,and five years after that even more so......and so on and so on.....etc.

Years ago at the Kate Bush Club,members were moaning about spending ?25 on "Cathy",a book of photos of Kate by her brother John.
That book regularly goes on eBay for over ?100 these days.
I bought one copy.......i wish now that i'd bought 10.

The CQD book is like a work of art.....like a painting that you hang on the wall,that you can admire,get pleasure from and know that any time in the future you'll be able to sell it at a tidy profit.

I posted that yesterday but got disconnected before:
I had a reply from Yves saying that my book was to be shipped soon, due to them being forced by a blizzard to remain in their igloo for a whole month.
We can trust CQD, he assured me.
So all of you having problems should simply write to the cqd store, u'll get an answer I'm sure.
Oh, and then Stina called me up to say she was sorry for all this mess.
Maybe she'll call you too. [:o]

I'm glad to hear V. and Yves are doing allright; it must have taken them a while to recharge their notebook batteries on solar power as well...
