Question about site re-design

Kuhn,
the layout that i'm seeing is:

desire avenue

then the photo directly underneath,beneath which are the words/links

forum
(new!)
specials
about.

The words themselves appear as if they are composed of little squares,many of which are missing which gives them a very "bitty" look.

I advice you to not use "Small Fonts" fonts but something more common like Verdana or Arial

Just checked the above page Kuhn,and the picture covers the second half of each word.
