Pictures of Stina

I thought it'd be nice to post new/unknown pictures of Stina in one new thread; especially since i came across this one myself:

What do you guys think; it says it's from the Smalandsposten, so it could be one from a gig she did in her early years in Sweden maybe?

What an excellent photo....thanks for for finding it.

My guess is that it originates from the performance Stina gave at the state opening of parliament (it was bound to be well covered in the Swedish press surely?) in October 1991.

My guess: Hultsfredsfestivalen 1991.

Great! That's the only pic/movie shot/whatever I've seen of Stina at the piano.I shall put it on top of my piano!

Yeah,I've seen that before.I think it's from her driving licence 15 or so years back? RobB,do you remember that one?

I remember this one. I got it from some web source 4 years ago. Its really spooky but I was thinking about posting this pic to this subject myself only a few days ago, after finding it on an old cdrom of Stina stuff, amongst bmps of the industrial landscape photos Stina made - which I really like too.

Yes i do.I think it is her driving licence photo (or possibly passport photo) which appeared in a Swedish magazine years ago.
I think there was a whole page of "celebrities" photos.
Its certainly an old photo....I doubt that she's any older than about 19 there.

I remember after it was discovered on the internet, that there was an unwritten rule amongst CQD members not to post up links to it (or even to mention the photo ) so as to protect Stina's privacy.

You're probably right since Hultsfred is in Sm?land.

And I've been to parliament and it looks nothing like the picture, I would expect the background to be lighter... besides; isn't she sitting by a piano in the picture? When she sang at the parliament somebody else played the piano. AND she hadn't even released MOAC when she sang at parliament so I doubt they would cover HER in the papers. Besides, parliament opens every year... it's not like it's a media blitz.

Is that right that she hadn't released MOAC before singing at Parliament? I always assumed that's why she got the gig,because of the wave of interest occasioned by the record.
Yep,that's a grand piano.Also that's the good old Shure SM58 mic.Perhaps that will help determine which gig it was

(And not a wig,I reckon-this was pre-wig Stina)

I think that's a joke to do with famous crimewriter Agatha Christie who vanished once to escape publicity...it turned out she stayed at the Pera Palas Hotel,which you no doubt know,loriglory.
I stayed there myself once.Very nice too,falling asleep to the distant music of Istanbul carhorns..
