I believe "sov du lilla videung" means "sleep you little willow" and the song is about the coming of winter and all plants must go to sleep... the lyrics of the song are easily to find on google...
and yes, the title of that film the song was used in is 'my father's film', but still not sure if it was a movie or whatever..
