Yay!, today I received my fully printed Calendar from my local Prontaprint (?5.60! 40p per A3 sheet), and am chuffed to bits.
If anyone's interested, I'll see if I can do any Calendars for them at the above rate and P&P for no profit. Disclaimer; they may take a while to get produced - they were a bit slow to do it, and don't forget this isn't a Danilo-quality Calendar, just my own designed one!.
See below for the pics (this is version v2.0 with higher quality photographs, a LOT less clipart for events, and a different back cover).
Oh, and if anyone wants to print out the Calendar themselves, I can upload the original bmps zipped rather than the currently available pdf file. If you do attempt to print it out, here's a tip/email I received by the company;

I had a bit of a prob with the images being pixelated as the form resolutions were set at 75dpi, I reset them to 300dpi and they looked a lot better. The calendar pages were larger than A3 and the front and back smaller, so I made up an A3 template in Photoshop to drag the images into to keep the size consistent. "
