Stina Vinyl LPs - any out there?
Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew whether any of Stina's albums are/were available on vinyl?
I have a couple of singles and 12", but would REALLY like an LP.
I've tried Amazon, GEMM and eBay, but no joy...

MOAC was available on vinyl. It's come up on eBay a few times, including the US version which just says 'Stina' on the cover with the usual pic. There may be others but I don't think so.
You can check by looking at kuhn's discography here (ie in http://www.desireavenue.com/disco or at the other (very good but not quite up to date) discog at

There appers to be copy of a Dynamite promo Maxi-single on eil.com (as much as I hate plugging them 'cause they're so expensive..):
http://eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=85994
Also this appears to be a 12" of People are Strange:
http://www.netsoundsmusic.com/nsudsii/2 ... 486/2.html,
but I'd e-mail them first, because the bar code looks like it's the CD code.
It also shows up on this page:
http://www.musicesp.com/imports/imports224.html,
and with a different code, here:

Eil is overpriced, and this record is not really rare - it's the most common Stina vinyl.red wrote:There appers to be copy of a Dynamite promo Maxi-single on eil.com (as much as I hate plugging them 'cause they're so expensive..):

I agree about the overpricing, kuhn. And if it's common trainsurfer probably already has it...kuhn wrote:Eil is overpriced, and this record is not really rare - it's the most common Stina vinyl.red wrote:There appers to be copy of a Dynamite promo Maxi-single on eil.com (as much as I hate plugging them 'cause they're so expensive..):

After rummaging around a bit more, I'm not totally convinced the Dynamite 12" exists either. Let us know, trainsurfer, what you find.

Well - I found a copy of MOAC on ebay for ?3 - it was in a job lot and I had to buy some real crap with it!
Unfortunately, my copy sounds very badly pressed; very noisy and hissy - at one point in 'He Watches' the sound drops out completely for a second or so - it's not my needle or amp, as I tried it several times.
Anyone else had this problem?
Now the quest for ASCHE begins....

And I don't know if this is a common problem.
But what country is your copy from?
Is it a original Telegram pressing?

Not sure if ASCHE even was released on vinyl.
