You know what I mean, though. It's natural for people who were once close to grow apart, for various reasons. Sometimes it's just practical everyday stuff, work or studies or relationships, sometimes it's down to more serious differences of perspective that perhaps only come to light when a certain degree of familiarity is achieved. I think both apply to the demise of this once-close group. Add in the sort of casual way our home, the board itself, was suddenly taken from us and there it is, the end.
Know what you mean but I still live in hope that we could rekindle a similar thing here.It just needs some incentive to make people come back frequently,such as...a high level of fun banter in among more serious discussions.
I dunno.I just always felt that the Stina forum was a place I could belong,where I could have a good laugh.

Couldn't agree more with this Beth.
But like all friendships this changes through time. I'm sure that when a new album arrives all those lost souls that Dave named will be back here. But the atmosphere will not grow back into what it was a few years ago. Simply because we're all at different stages in our lives. We are different persona.
I decided not to look back too much anymore. I try to have fun in the good stuff happening here. Although I do miss the humour. The hilarious jokes that made me laugh out loud in front of the computer, with people staring at me like I was crazy. If only we could revive some of that....

And I keep faith in seeing more and more people here ! I manage this message board and I enjoy the members, they still share their passions, their thoughts and more with us.
My passion for Stina music has changed with time, she doesn't seem to care at all about her fans and it's very frustrating.
But I try to do my best for people who care here, that's the main reason why I still add features on this board. I never met members of this board in real life but many are in my heart for sure!

Yep, it'd still be nice to have that CQD gathering at some point - as Alex says, even though most of us have never met in real life, we are somehow bound together even now in our minds and hearts. I continue to think with great affection of my old pals here, even the ones I've had battles with. Which is most of you. [akiss]
