Just found the website, there's a plugin for your music player that identifies what you are playing and put it in a database.
Then you can publish your weekly favourites, like I did in my signature.

Many of the tracks played on my computer don't appear in the charts !
Like Stina is only 8 and in fact i'm sure she's number 2-3 ?

i think you should tag your tracks with a tag editor.
it cannot be shown sometimes if your tracks are only a playlist entry.

In fact the tracks are recognized by the software but when I check my charts nothing change.. weird
I read the website and it seems the winamp plugin has problems sometimes with some characters.
