Ok, I am in France now, leaving for China on Friday...
We just spent ten days in Tbilisi, Georgia. That's a really beautiful country with very warm people and a lot of good food and wine...
My wife's relatives didn't manage to completely kill me by drowning me in wine, so i am alive and fit for the (too soon) chinese adventures to come.
We had originally planned to leave on the 29th but my school just announced me they want me for the 24th...I said I couldn't and i'll just show up on the 29th. Bad start. Anyway, that was far too short notice.
I am sorry for not writing earlier, for some unknown reason, when i check mails with my laptop, i just can't login on the board...
That is very sad.

I'm all booked up to leave on the 29th, so you'll be ahead of me!

I had the misadventure of trying to cycle legally in Bath yesterday. I'm still in shock. Chinese cities may be big but at least they're easy to get around. But anyway, good luck on your journey, and stock up on that sun cream!
