Syd Barretts house for sale.

ex Pink Floyd founder Syd Barrett (who sadly died last July) has had his house put up for sale for a cool ?300k.

Wonder if the National Trust will be purchasing like they did with Paul McCartneys old childhood home?

Yes...his bikes,artwork,guitars,everything is being auctioned off

His relatives cant seem to get rid of it all quick enough...very fucking sad...I still havent recovered from the shock.I wish i ha d the dosh..I'd buy that house and stuff in an instant.

Yup...thats me .
I did consider killing myself (nominally) in conjunction with his death......
but ...(i dont wanna go there )

BTW..to be pedantic..the third line is :-

I did know that line.I actually sang that song with a load of kids a few weeks back (partly as a Syd tribute) and we changed some of the words to fit the theme of the camp we were on ,so I got it muddled...
