This may be from Czech republic I think...
I can't understand much and my wife tried to help since this is also a slavic language but with different enough not to get it properly.
Apparently, the first part is about someone whose life is not going so well and who... (my interpretation: he might be thinking of jumping off the balcony. The rain is falling, etc.)
"Then the phone rings:
-Get up!
-Who's there?
-Stina Nordenstam, ???."

Where did you get that from? that seems interesting!
