Mine has to be thickly spread super crunch peanut butter on thick cut toast with lots and lots of lurpak butter. I can feel my arteries hardening right now....

I'll substitute some really strong cheddar for the PB,with a slew of mayo and some tomato.
With a pint of Samuel Smiths Old brewery bitter.
And maybe a marmalade sandwich to follow

Mmmmm, marmalade....

I once marinated chicken in pure orange juice then glazed it in marmalade, baked it in the oven and served it with black rice and a rocket/buffalo mozzerella salad. Ooooh am I hungry!!!

Does it have to be food? I don't really have any guilty pleasures in that area, unless you count ice-cream which, as any sensible person knows, is one of life's absolute necessities.

My greatest guilty pleasure is .... bed.

Hehe it can be anything that makes you feel really good but you know it's really not that good for you at all!!!! So, no, it certainly doesn't have to be food!!!!

I also love making my knuckles crack, which has to be bad!!! Oh but it feels/sounds lovely!!!

Cocopops

Been at my girlfriends place today and the kids breakfast cerial packet was left open on the kitchen worktop so on and off today i've been dipping in and pulling out handfuls of those tasty little cocopops to scoff.

And I do definately feel guilty as it was originally a pretty full packet before I arrived.

hmm, the things i can think of now are driving over a 100km just to see some rocks, pancakes with way too much syrup, amaretto in coffee and icecream. Oh and I wish i could buy rootbeer here, cause i'd love a rootbeer float right now

Yep,and since I moved from the North of England some years back,finding Sam Smiths has been like the Holy Grail.
