Stam or Starm?

Listening to the MTV presenters prounounciation of Nordenstam has got be wondering what actually is the correct pronounciation ..........should it be NordenSTAM or NordenSTARM?

I've always gone with the former but maybe i've been getting it wrong for the last 13 years!

Imagine the English name Stan, then replace the n with an m and add Norden.

And you got Nordenstam

I imagine there is a number of ways to pronounce it, but if the MTV person said "starm", then he/she messed up.

To be fair i think the on-vision female presenter did get it right but the female voice-over pronounced Nordenstam as Nordenstarm.
