Thanks for the link.....at such a low starting price it will be one to keep an eye on.

Re: cut-outs.....I believe that only happens to the sleeve/booklets etc when they are due to be exported for retail from their country of origin. As this is a US seller with a domestic cd it wouldn't have been 'punched'.

It's also often when they're deleted. And it's always the top right corner.
