I think it was more late 2004, early 2005. Our contributions were based on the TWIS songs and we didn't hear them until October 2004 when the album came out.
Actually,you might well be right Kuhn, as I've just seen a copyright date of 30th June 2004 inside the book, so we must have been submitting contributions based solely on the song titles and long before we heard the songs themselves.
Yes, I remember sending my inferior contributions in October or November 2003, since I lived in a new city and had to go to this huge post office while it was pouring down (how fitting).
I guess its just the knowledge that you own something (that's been officially manufactured by a record company in connection with the artist) that the vast majority of other fans/collectors don't have.
