- Strangely the back of the CD says "2004", NOT 2005.
- Does not include the lyrics for Failing to Fly - booklet seems to be the same as the old one.
- (My copy is a cut-out - do they all come like this?!).
I think the music is still copyright 2004, and if the label doesn't have to separately publish the music again for American use, I see no reason to put "2005" on it [crazy]
that's strange coz here in canada we basically got the same us release (although released via sony canada) and it's copyrighted for 2005 + it does have the lyrics to "failing to fly"
